CERTIFIED PERSONNEL MATTERS:

  1. Approval of recommendation to accept the resignation of Sharon Dawkins as teacher at Charles B. Murphy Elementary School for the 2004-2005 school year.
  2. Approval of recommendation to create one (1) certified teaching position for the 2004-2005 school year.
  3. Approval of recommendation to employ Debra Pradat for the additional duty of home-bound teacher not to exceed five (5) hours per week at an hourly equivalent to the respective salary scale.
  4. Approval of recommendation to employ Robyn Holder as teacher at Charles B. Murphy Elementary School for the 2004-2005 school year, subject to successful completion of the criminal background check.
  5. Approval of recommendation to employ Pamela Evans as teacher at Gulfview Elementary School for the remainder of the 2004-2005 school year, subject to successful completion of the necessary background checks.

NON-CERTIFIED PERSONNEL MATTERS:

  1. Approval of recommendation to accept the resignation of Kasey Lee as bus driver for the district effective August 25, 2004.
  2. Approval of recommendation to accept the resignation of Crystal Roberts as bus driver for the district effective July 29, 2004.
  3. Approval of recommendation to accept the resignation of Beverly Harvey as cafeteria worker effective August 6, 2004.
  4. Approval of recommendation to employ Co-operative Education Students for the 2004-2005 school year.
  5. Approval of termination of employee.

OTHER BUSINESS:

  1. Approval to amend the Advalorem Tax request for the 2004-2005 school year.
  2. Approval of Agreement with the Department of Education for the provision and reimbursement of Medicaid administration claiming.
  3. Approval of the Partnership Agreement with the Mississippi Action For Progress, Inc. for the 2004-2005 school year.
  4. Approval of Agreement to Provide Food Services for Head Start Children for the 2004-2005 school year.
  5. Approval of emergency repairs to the inter-com system at Hancock High School due to weather.
  6. Approval of recommendation to declare salvage equipment and proceed with proper disposal.
  7. Approval of recommendation to declare to salvage Study Pro computers and proceed with proper disposal.
  8. Approval of recommendation to declare obsolete textbooks and proceed with proper dispensing of said books.
  9. Approval of recommendation to advertise for the purchase of cafeteria equipment.
  10. Approval of recommendation to waive Graduation Requirements for Hancock High School student.
  11. Approval of Student Release requests.
  12. Approval of recommendation to accept returning out-of-district students for the 2004-2005 school year.
  13. Approval of recommendation to create a History and Government Club at Hancock High School.
  14. Approval of Fundraising requests.
  15. Approval of Travel Agenda and related expenses.
  16. Approval of Out-of-state and/or overnight travel and related expenses.
