accept the resignation of Sharon Dawkins as teacher at Charles B. Murphy
Elementary School for the 2004-2005 school year.
- Approval of recommendation to
create one (1) certified teaching position for the 2004-2005 school year.
- Approval of recommendation to
employ Debra Pradat for the additional duty of home-bound teacher not to
exceed five (5) hours per week at an hourly equivalent to the respective
salary scale.
- Approval of recommendation to
employ Robyn Holder as teacher at Charles B. Murphy Elementary School for
the 2004-2005 school year, subject to successful completion of the
criminal background check.
- Approval of recommendation to
employ Pamela Evans as teacher at Gulfview Elementary School for the
remainder of the 2004-2005 school year, subject to successful completion
of the necessary background checks.

- Approval of recommendation to
accept the resignation of Kasey Lee as bus driver for the district
effective August 25, 2004.
- Approval of recommendation to
accept the resignation of Crystal Roberts as bus driver for the district
effective July 29, 2004.
- Approval of recommendation to
accept the resignation of Beverly Harvey as cafeteria worker effective
August 6, 2004.
- Approval of recommendation to
employ Co-operative Education Students for the 2004-2005 school year.
- Approval of termination of
employee.

- Approval
to amend the Advalorem Tax request for the 2004-2005 school year.
- Approval of Agreement with
the Department of Education for the provision and reimbursement of
Medicaid administration claiming.
- Approval of the Partnership
Agreement with the Mississippi Action For Progress, Inc. for the 2004-2005
school year.
- Approval of Agreement to
Provide Food Services for Head Start Children for the 2004-2005 school
year.
- Approval of emergency repairs
to the inter-com system at Hancock High School due to weather.
- Approval of recommendation to
declare salvage equipment and proceed with proper disposal.
- Approval of recommendation to
declare to salvage Study Pro computers and proceed with proper disposal.

declare obsolete textbooks and proceed with proper dispensing of said
books.
