5:00 p.m., Monday, February 22, 2010

 

Class Meets Mon. – Thurs, 5 – 9 pm, Feb. 22 – June 21, 2010

Online independent study approximately 2 hrs./day

 

Instructor:  David Ladner

Total of 300 Classroom Hours and Hands-On Lab

Training Graduates Gain a Marketable Skill Plus:

(1) Certification & Transcript from the

 National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER)

 (2) OSHA 10-Hour Card

 

 


 

Minimum Qualifications to Apply:

 

·        Employment affected by Hurricane Katrina*

*Must sign Certificate of Eligibility at registration

·        18 years of age or older

·        High school diploma or GED

·        Registered with Selective Service (if male)

·        Unemployed or underemployed

·        Access to computer & Internet for online instruction

·        Willing to take a drug test

·        Willing to work in construction

(No stipend offered for training)
